Displayed here are various annual report covers designed for the City of New York. These cover options were not used in the end. During my tenure at Creative Source, I worked on six reports for TFA.

The covers above for the New York City Transitional Finance Authority were designed to show a grid of buildings, or an aerial view of city blocks. We also wanted to show the energy of the city. Below is the table of contents.

Mission Statement

“The New York City Transitional Finance Authority (“The Authority”) is a public benefit corporation created in 1997 pursuant to the New York City Transitional Finance Authority Act. The Authority’s purpose is to fund a portion of the capital program of the City of New York (the “City”), including a portion of the City’s five-year educational facilities capital plan, to facilitate the finance program of the City, and to conduct its activities in an efficient and cost-effective manner.”
